Freedom Self-Love Returns & Refunds Policy

At Freedom Self Love, we take great care in creating high-quality, natural skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

* You received the wrong product
* The product is damaged or defective

To qualify:

* The product must be unused and in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

* Opened or used skincare products
* Products without original packaging

3. Allergies & Skin Reactions

* Please review all ingredients before purchase
* We recommend performing a patch test before full use

We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless the product is proven defective.

4. Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
* Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method
* Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

a.  Email us at monika@freedomselflove.com within 7 days of delivery
b.  Include:
    * Your order number
    * Description of the issue
    * Photos (if applicable)
c. If approved, we will provide return instructions

7. Shipping Costs

* If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover return shipping
* Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

* Check with your bank/payment provider first
